President CEO
Hector Velazquez

Big on diversity and inclusion, Hector Velazquez has an impressive background in community outreach. Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, the media enthusiast made the move to Sonoma County in 2003 and not long after decided to launch Nexo Media Inc. and Nexo Radio along side his wife Anacani Velazquez. Since then and with the full support of his family he has dedicated time to become an intrinsic member of various influential organizations that assist underserved communities.

Today Hector Velazquez continues to have the same drive and passion toward assisting those in need. On top of overseeing the operations of Nexo Media Inc., a multicultural advertising agency and Nexo Radio who provide background music for businesses in California and Texas, he was at the forefront of founding a non-profit organization in 2022. Nexo Media Foundation dba Red LatinX The HUB was a dream come true that took years of planning.

Amidst the pandemic and lack of trusted sources of information and resources available to the community, Velazquez decided it was the right time to make the move. The partnership organization collaborates, and works closely with businesses, government agencies, and the LatinX community to empower individuals and strengthen local businesses.
